I entered the mortgage industry in 2012 and have helped more than 1,000 individuals and families navigate the home financing process throughout my career. Along the way, I gained experience working for both a large national bank and a leading wealth management firm, where I developed a deep understanding of mortgage lending, financial planning, and the role real estate can play in building long term wealth.

Those experiences taught me a great deal, but they also reinforced a belief that continues to guide me today. Too often, the mortgage process is treated as a transaction with a clear finish line. Once the loan closes, the relationship ends. I have always believed clients deserve more than that.

In 2019, my father, Eric, and I founded First Look Home Loans with a vision of building a company that could make a meaningful impact in our local community. We wanted the freedom to focus on clients instead of shareholders and create a business centered around education, transparency, and long term relationships.

Today, my approach is simple: help clients make informed mortgage decisions and continue serving as a trusted resource long after closing. Through our Mortgage Under Management philosophy, I stay connected with clients over time, helping them evaluate opportunities, adapt to changing goals, and make smart mortgage decisions for years to come.
