First Look Home Loans was founded in 2019 by Austin and Eric Williams after leaving large corporate mortgage companies. They set out to build a mortgage brokerage focused on education, transparency, and long term relationships. From the beginning, the goal has been simple: help clients make informed decisions and provide guidance that continues long after the loan closes.

In most lending relationships, education is an afterthought. Borrowers are handed documents, asked to sign, and rarely understand the full impact of the decisions they're making. We built First Look Home Loans to change that. Our process is designed to help every client understand their options, their numbers, and how their mortgage fits into their broader financial goals. And our commitment does not end at closing. Through our Mortgage Under Management approach, we continue to stay connected, review opportunities, and help clients make smart mortgage decisions for years to come.
